Pages.fan uses a virtual currency system ("Credits"). Credits are:

• Non-transferable between accounts
• Not redeemable for cash or monetary value
• Subject to expiration as described in these Terms
• Not property and carry no cash value outside our Platform

4.2 Pricing & Purchases

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

4.3 Authorization

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge that payment method for purchases. You agree that we may store your payment information.

5.1 Immediate Digital Delivery

Upon purchase, Credits are immediately credited to your account and available for use. This immediate delivery of digital content means that the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.

5.2 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests for:

• Duplicate charges due to technical errors (with proof)
• Unauthorized transactions (must be reported within 48 hours)
• Service unavailability preventing Credit use (at our sole discretion)

5.4 Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, all Credits in your account will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any refund.

6.1 Auto-Renewal Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

6.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

6.4 Free Trials

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may be charged immediately upon trial end if you do not cancel.

7.1 AI-Generated Content

Pages.fan features AI-powered creators and content. All AI interactions are simulated and do not represent real persons. AI-generated content is for entertainment purposes only.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

7.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or create content that:

• Depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Contains non-consensual sexual content
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable law

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Share or sell your account or Credits
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the exclusive property of Pages.fan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PAGES.FAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pages.fan and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute you initiate

12.1 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

12.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you must first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved this way within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• All Credits in your account are forfeited
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Deletion does not entitle you to any refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
