Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pages.fan (the "Platform"), including the website, mobile application, and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pages.fan ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Pages.fan. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Pages.fan uses a virtual currency system ("Credits") for transactions within the Platform:

• Credits are purchased through the Pages.fan mobile application via Apple In-App Purchases
• Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused credits from subscription plans do not carry over to the next billing period
• One-time credit pack purchases are permanent and remain in your account until used
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time

Pages.fan offers subscription plans that provide recurring credits:

• Weekly Plan: Automatically renews every 7 days
• Monthly Plan: Automatically renews every 30 days
• Yearly Plan: Automatically renews every 365 days

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not accumulate or carry over.

All purchases of credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Since all purchases are processed through Apple's App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:

Pages.fan features AI-generated content and AI-powered interactions:

• AI creators are virtual characters and do not represent real individuals
• AI-generated content and conversations are created by artificial intelligence
• The Platform may contain mature, suggestive, or adult-themed content
• You must not share, redistribute, or use AI-generated content for illegal purposes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 16 years of age
• Create accounts using false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the credit system
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content, features, and functionality of Pages.fan, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the exclusive property of Pages.fan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-generated images and content created on the Platform are owned by Pages.fan. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content they have purchased or unlocked for personal, non-commercial use only.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGES.FAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pages.fan, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• Any unused credits may be forfeited
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple's subscription management.

If you access Pages.fan through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Pages.fan, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the application
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any user or third-party claims relating to the application
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

The Licensed Application End User License Agreement published by Apple at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula applies to your use of the Pages.fan mobile application.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
